Dos Rios Continuum of Care – Request for Funds for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program (HHAP), Round 2

12-21-2020 - The Dos Rios Continuum of Care has released a Request for Funds for Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program, Round 2.  All applicants must submit one (1) electronic copy via email with the completed RFF and attachments by 5:00 PM on January 6, 2021 to:

Dos Rios Continuum of Care – Letters of Interest for 2020 Emergency Solutions Grant Funding

The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has released a Notice of Funds Availability (NOFA) for the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program for 2020. The Dos Rios Continuum of Care (CoC), which serves the Colusa-Glenn-Trinity Region, was allocated $187,694 in funding under this grant, which is comprised of $93,847 in non-competitive funds for Rapid Rehousing and $93,847 in competitive funds. The Dos Rios CoC Executive Committee has agreed that the lead agency will apply for the non-competitive funds, and divide the funds equally between the three counties. For the competitive funds, a maximum of three (3) applications are allowed for the region.

In order to best prepare for the Competitive Funding rating and ranking and grant certification process, the Dos Rios CoC requests that partner organizations notify the Dos Rios CoC of their intent to apply for the Competitive 2020 ESG grant. Qualifying organization interested in applying for the Competitive 2020 ESG grant shall submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) to the Dos Rios CoC by June 30, 2020. The LOI should be on the applying organization's letterhead and include numbered responses to the questions on the list in the PDF document linked below.

CGTCAP Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) 2020-2021

Request For Funds (RFF) -- Colusa County

The purpose of this Request for Funds (RFF) is to solicit and award a multi-year contract to local nonprofit agencies in the Colusa county region under the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), for the provision of services that will enhance the priorities set forth by the Community Services Block Grant Community Action Plan 2020-2021 (CAP Plan).
Funding will be awarded in the amount of $2,000 to $10,000 per applicant, per funding year, to improve the lives of low-income residents in Colusa county. Funds will be disbursed April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
Organizations serving in Colusa County may submit an application for CSBG funds. Non-profit agencies with 501(c)(3) status, local government agencies, and faith-based organizations providing
services throughout the county of Colusa to low-income individuals and families whose household
income is at or below 100% of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) federal
poverty guidelines (https://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty-guidelines) are eligible to apply. Agencies must have an intake process that screens for income eligibility.
